I used a wonderful cutting file from The Cutting Cafe called Sweet Shaped Cards and also a stamped file called Summer Circle Words to make this fun little ice cream cone card. There is also an envelope file for the card too!
I made this card using the Social Butterfly set from The Cutting Cafe for my sentiment and the Cricut Wild Card cartridge for the flower shaped card. I was experimenting a little with my border on this card and decided to weave a ribbon around the circular sentiment.
The Cutting Cafe has some adorable files for the 4th of July available and these cards are a breeze to put together quickly. Regina is also running a special on these this weekend. If you buy one of the July 4th files you get the background file for free! I can't believe that the 4th is here already...where did June go? My star card is also made from a Cutting Cafe file and includes ovals, hearts, and circle templates!
These printed stamp files from the Cutting Cafe are just the cutest. There's a whole set of these printed word and stamp files. I wanted to work with the "Thank Ewe" one so that I'd get a chance to justify buying some flocking! LOL!!! Check out my link to the Cutting Cafe on my sidebar of places to shop.
I've been on vacation and then had some minor surgery done and I just hadn't found time to post anything...but today I have a simple card to share that I created with some stamps from Happy Little Stamps (see the link to the store)
This month at Creative Xpress, I was assigned to work with the Lyrical Letters Cartridge. This is one amazing cartridge. Would you believe it has six different fonts? I made two different cards and a layout. I had a hard time deciding which fonts and images to use...soooo many to pick from!
Who can resist these adorable shaped cupcake cards from The Cutting Cafe? ...and bonus....a envelope to fit it too! The little sentiment stamp is a perfect match for this card. The stamp is part of a set from Happy Little Stamps. I'm all set for someone to have a birthday now!
My assignment for CX last month was to work with the Bloom paper line by My Mind's Eye. I created an album and altered a small wooden photo frame. I fell in love with this paper line. I used every scrap of it on different projects this month. The sweet little Ava is my girlfriend's grandchild. Isn't she just the cutest?
I seem to have procrastinated too long and am scurrying around this morning finishing this last card for Mother's Day. I used my Cricut Wild Card cartridge to make my round scalloped card and the circle stamped sentiment came from The Cutting Cafe.
Needed to make a card for my mother-in-law, who'll be here for a visit on Friday. Used more of that awesome Bloom paper from MME and a cute mother's day file from The Cutting Cafe.
